Children are natural Yogis!



There are numerous benefits to children being introduced to yoga practice from

an early age. Not only does it give them an abundance of physical health

advantages but forge healthy lifestyle habits that can give a firm foundation to a

balanced future, physically, emotionally and spiritually.


Yoga improves and develops children’s motor skills along with flexibility, balance and good posture. The breathing exercises teach children to breathe properly and expand their lung capacity, increasing endurance. Having an awareness of their bodies and understanding how it moves and feels can also be invaluable in any future physical sports a child may undertake.


Introducing yoga to kids increases:
